Data Analytics Options in Microsoft Azure

There are so many different Data Analytic tools and technologies available in the current market, and there is so much confusion over what tools and technologies right for you. In Part-1 of this article, I tried to cover the Analytic options that Azure offers.

Data is one of the key assets of any organization, but it is of little value to an organization until it is turned into meaningful information. Data Analytics is the process that turns these huge organizational datasets into actionable insights which will enable organizations to make more-informed business decisions.

As we all know that the early adopters of Data Analytics are outperforming competitors in various aspects, nowadays more and more organizations are adopting Data Analytics to catch up with their competitors, but to be successful in Data Analytics, the organization needs the right people, tools, and technologies.

So in this article, I tried to cover some of the key resources that Azure offers for Data Analytics Solutions.

Before we jump into Azure resources, let’s see the various components of the Data Analytics Solution,i.e Source, Ingest, Persistent Storage, Prep & Train, Model & Serve, Visualize

These components together provide a solution to the complex business questions, like What has happened so far( descriptive)? What could happen in near future (Predictive)? and What should we do to achieve it (Prescriptive)?

Now let’s see the tools and technologies that Azure offers for these individual components of the Data Analytics Pipeline.
